Shipping is free on all Online Store purchases! Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation and typically take 3-5 days to arrive. Orders going outside the U.S. are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail and should arrive within 10-12 days. We even pick up the sales tax (applies only to orders shipped to Florida addresses).

Shipped Items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for refund. If you need an RAN, please use our get in touch form. Items returned for refund must be unopened and in new and restockable condition with all printed materials, packaging, etc. Opened items, items delivered by download, and items returned without an RAN are not eligible for a refund. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, which should include tracking or delivery confirmation and insurance as the Field Center is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
