If you have a passion for Field practice, a deep appreciation for the creative power of consciousness, and a desire to be useful to others, you may want to consider becoming a Field Center Certified Facilitator (FCCF). For information about our eight-month Certified Facilitator Training (CFT) program, click here.

All Field Center Certified Facilitators (FCCFs) have completed extensive training through the Field Center and received certification. They provide a number of Facilitating services according to their areas of interest, and also may conduct Practicum. Note: FCCFs do not teach Field training. The groups they conduct are dedicated strictly to Facilitating.

FCCFs operate independently of the Field Center. Consequently it's a good idea to call or exchange emails with any Facilitator you're considering to make sure that his or her experience, style, and fees are right for you.

Below is a list of those who have completed Field Center Certified Facilitator Training. Anyone whose name is not on this list may not be qualified to serve as an FCCF.

Facilitating is an educational rather than therapeutic method and makes no therapeutic claims.

Field Coaching is a quick alternative to Facilitating that can identify an immediate solution to a specific problem in a single, 20-minute session. See our Field Coaching page for details.

Facilitating

Running aground in one or more of the four "staging areas" of experience—love, health, wealth, and life direction? Facilitating is a quick, powerful, and gentle method for clearing inner contradictions that give rise to suffering in various forms and shifting through creative responsibility to alignment, relief, joy, peace, and greater fulfillment. Facilitating also is useful for those who, while free of contradiction, are ready to take the next step in one or more of the four staging areas of life but may not be clear about what this involves. Field Center Facilitating is a powerful, gentle, and respectful alternative to cognitive therapy that typically produces profound and lasting results, commensurate with one's willingness. Sessions usually take about an hour, and rarely need to be repeated.

Note that it is not necessary to have taken the Field Center Course to benefit from Facilitating.

Individual Session:
Gentle and Powerful Inner Shifts
Desire is a natural and vital part of life that calls us to ever greater fulfillment, creativity, and self-expression. Yet often we may be set against our desires. At war with ourselves, we may not  even realize that we've allowed ourselves to become creatures of habits long outgrown. At such times, Facilitating can be an invaluable resource. A quick, powerful, and gentle method for clearing inner contradictions that give rise to suffering in various forms, Facilitating taps our willingness and creative responsibility to help us shift into alignment, relief, joy, peace, and greater fulfillment. Facilitating also is useful for those who, while free of contradiction, are ready to take the next step in one or more of the four staging areas of life but may not be clear on what this involves. Individual sessions run 30-60 minutes on the phone, and rarely need to be repeated.

There are no prerequisites other than an open mind and heart, and the willingness to take responsibility to receive a better situation.

Couples Session:
An Alternative to Traditional Counseling

Couples often find that co-creating can be challenging, and may run into particularly difficult stretches when the love they share seems to be taken hostage by resistance, contradiction, and conflict. Traditionally, couples going through such transitions have sought support through psychotherapy. Now, there’s an exciting alternative to the therapeutic approach: Couples Facilitating. Those who have tried this remarkable method have experienced, in many cases, seemingly miraculous reversals of even longstanding difficulties carried over many years. Whether the issue is whether or not to remain together, or something else that the two are facing in their shared life, A single Couples Session can clarify next-steps and make it possible to begin moving forward again even in cases where the couple could see no solution. The process is tremendously liberating, and allows individuals to choose consciously whether or not to remain together, and what kind of association, if any, they wish to have with each other. While the nature of this work precludes guarantees, a Couples Session can be quickly and powerfully transformative, providing a real and proven alternative to psychotherapy.

There are no prerequisites other than an open mind and heart, and the willingness to take responsibility to receive a better situation.

Facilitating for Families:
Helping Familes Take the Next Step
For many of us, family is the foundation of our life in the world. Yet often the closeness of family brings up trying issues that want to be resolved. Facilitating for Familes shows those in families how they can move through contradictions that may be hindering their ability to be close and joyful as they tap the liberating power of responsibility, willingness, and Field efficiency.

This 15-day program includes support by phone and email to help family members shift their identity and reality in ways that allow them to enjoy and appreciate how much they mean to each other, clear any issues that have been getting in the way, and set out on a new path of greater fulfillment, creativity, respect, and co-creation.

Facilitating for Families includes:

  • an initial Facilitating session to identify and clear issues
  • two additional, follow-up sessions
  • unlimited email support over the 15 days of the program

Facilitating for Families isn’t for everyone. Those who want to enroll should be willing to:

  • make a commitment to the 15-day program
  • look at the situation differently
  • forego blame and take responsibility
  • receive a better reality

Facilitating for Familes is appropriate for adults and children at least 13 years old. It is essential that parents not attempt to force their children into participating, as the use of even subtle coercion not only is disrespectful but also renders Facilitating ineffective. It is not necessary to have taken the Field Center Course to benefit from the program.

Facilitating for Organizations:
Keeping Business on Track

Facilitating for Organizations is a unique and particularly effective form of philosophical consulting that can deliver near immediate solutions to even intractable problems faced by organizations ranging from mission-critical issues and crisis management to daily operations including morale, turnover, and team-building. Our method is based on the principle that every organization is holographically embodied in its members—in other words, that each individual in the organization is the organization. This sets the stage for powerful and effective shifts in which personal and organizational contradictions are easily cleared, opening the way for willing and responsible leaders and other members of the team to enjoy a new level of efficiency and satisfaction in the workplace.

Topics may include weight and the body as metaphor, the conscious parent, the inner critic, being an artist in the world, and more. Next Steps Workshops meet an hour a week for up to four weeks.
